Our volume of traffic is high, and we could always use help greeting people, showing off the available pets, and processing intake paperwork. (Plus, when a cute puppy comes in, you'll be the first to know.)
Assist in the Office
Volunteering in the office can involve answering phones, filing paperwork, scanning documents--really, anything that you'd like to help with, we'd love to have you.
Work with the Animals
Socialization is a major necessity. We are always looking for people to come and walk the dogs, cuddle the cats, and help our furry wards feel loved and relaxed.
There are no professional photographers on staff--anyone who would like to come in and take photos of the animals for their profiles is more than welcome to!
Easy to Schedule
Volunteering doesn't have to be an every day thing. Just one afternoon a week on a regular basis would help tremendously. If you'd like to volunteer, please stop by, or call the office at (936) 327-7722, and one of the amazing ladies there will speak with you.
